The Process:

A portion of our items are hand pressed and made to order and may take between 2-10 business days for production time (please check production/processing time for each individual item).

After your item is handcrafted shipping usually takes between 1-2 days to package and ship ( We take pride in packaging up your goods with care and love and you will love it!).

 

Shipping;

All of our goods are shipped out of Atlanta GA area and we are currently using USPS. Once your item is ready to ship we send out a tracking number to the email you provide us with.

cicidionne is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you come across this kind of situation please contact and file a claim with USPS (Post Office).

 

Exchanges/Returns:

Returns

Returns and exchanges on qualified items are accepted within 14 business days after delivery of order. If more than 14 business days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with original tags. 

Refunds (if applicable)

First email contact@cicidionne.com requesting a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
