Return/ Exchange Policy
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to cicidionne without proper processing listed below.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 business days after delivery.
Returns and exchanges on qualified items are accepted within 7 business days after delivery of order. If more than 7 business days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
*For sanitary reasons, face masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable)
First email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, first check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are eligible for exchange only. Warehouse sale items are final sale, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you are unable to exchange your item then a credit will be delivered via coupon code with full value of your exchange, and will expire one year from date of issuance.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Preorders (if applicable)
Preorders may be refunded or exchanged. One exchange is allowed. If item is exchanged no refunds or exchanges will be given thereafter.
Gift items are eligible for exchanges only. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. All gift items must be unused and in the same condition that you received with original packaging and tags. Once the returned item(s) is received, you will be notified whether return is approved. If approved, a gift credit will be emailed to you via coupon code with full value of your return, and will expire one year from date of issuance.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Expect delivery delays due to COVID-19.
If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not issue any refund or return for items not received.
Any order that has not been approved for refund or return that is shipped to us will be returned to sender and shipping fee charged to sender's account.
